Fantastic models at the Hudson Community Pool!

A Hydro-Québec repair man is fixing the cables in front of our house after the transformer exploded. No power all day and no Internet and phone services for 24 hours. We are extremely lucky that no one got hurt and that all our electronic appliances are working. All this happened when a company, hired by Hydro-Québec, was trimming branches in front of a house down the street.

Hudson Gazette reporter, James McCafferty with his last paper. James is off to Australia for a year. Have an amazing time! I’m assuming that you will start a blog?

The beautiful summer weather continues in Hudson, QC

And summer began in Hudson with 40 degrees with the humidex. The pool was perfect today.

Glad that the local doctors are taking this serious and seeing Gabrielle daily.

We had a fun afternoon on Pine Lake for Father’s Day Fishing.

If you feel lonely and live in Hudson then go to IGA in the late afternoon on Fridays. This is where you meet everyone. It was fun “hanging out” and “catching up” with friends.

I finally had a guided tour at Greenwood – Centre for Living History in Hudson. I can highly recommend to see this magnificent property along the shores of the Lake of Two Mountains. Greenwood is the oldest house in Hudson being built in 1732.

We had a a very nice meal at Shahi Palace and we saw the wonderful movie The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel – Great evening out of the Hudson bubble.
