Christoph’s class went for a swim at the local out-door pool. Luckily the water is heated because it’s still not summer weather. Great to be back and see familiar faces among the staff.

Got up at 3:45 am to drive to Ottawa with a friend. We both ran the full Marathon starting at 7 am. I’m happy with my 3:55 final time. My marathon training is only my weekly 16.5 K run on the trails in Rigaud.

Great Indian food at a new Indian Restaurant, Namaste Montreal. It’s super cheap and the owners are friendly.
